• Monthly plans: billed monthly with a three-month minimum, then cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
• Annual plans: paid in full upfront and cover 13 months; refundable within 14 days of purchase, non-refundable after.
• Unused visits do not roll over unless discussed. Canceling ends Founding Member perks, and rejoining is at current rates.
• No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) count as a used visit. Please text or call to reschedule.
